Running Gparted shows a single 128 GB partition, which should be more than enough to run Mint. When I try to do so, I get another message stating that I've run out of disk space on the USB. But when I try to install the Steam application, I get an error message that I need to further update Thunderbird. I was able to get wifi to work easily, and to update the installation. By holding down the Option key on my wife's MacBook Pro, Mint boots and runs as a live distro. So I used the Mac Disks application and Balena Etcher to install Mint 20.2 on a 128 GB USB stick. Now my daughter's family are all Mac people (his dad is a musician, and uses Power Tools). It's available on Steam, but not for the Mac natively. So the deal is this: my grandson wants to run Trailmaster, which is a sort of Minecraft upgrade.
